Ans: Booking the flight for your desired destination is really short and simple. All you have to do is visit and use our filters to find the best flight possible on the date you have chosen to travel. Q: How do I get to know if my booking is confirmed?
Ans: As your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail from us containing all the details either in your inbox or in the spam box within 4 hours. Still, if you do not find the confirmation mail, please contact us.
Q: Will there be any charges of booking my flight tickets from phone?
Ans: No. Crystal Travel do not charge anything to book over the phone.
Q: I have not received my tickets yet. What is the procedure to get the tickets as soon as possible?
Ans:The mode you opt for your ticket delivery is the subject of uncertainty. If you have selected e-ticket then you can get your ticket from the airline desk at the airport where you will be required to show the necessary documents along with confirmation mail in printout.
Q: What is the procedure of getting an E-Ticket?
Ans:You can go for an E-ticket while booking your flight with Crystal Travel and you will get one as soon as possible. E-Ticket are more effective and secured in terms of misplace, torn apart or lost.
Q: Where can I find my terminal and airline details of flight?
Ans:All the necessary details are visible in the confirmation e-mail including terminal, air carrier, seat number and time of departure. Still if you find any problem, please contact us with the reference number of your booking.
Q: How can I transfer my ticket on someone else’s name?
Ans: Change of name on a flight ticket is not possible; however you can cancel that particular ticket and book another one on the respective person’s name which will be issued with the changed names.
Q: What is the age criteria for Infant and Children?
Ans: Infants: 0-1 years till the entire period of travel.
Children: 2-11 years till the entire period of travel.
Please note that infants are not allocated with a seat and must travel on the lap of an adult.
Q: How can I reconfirm my flight status?
Ans: You can contact directly to the airline 72 hours prior of departure to reconfirm your flight status.
Q: What are the documents required to receive tickets from ticket counter on the airport?
Ans: You will be required to present a an official form of Identification i.e. Driving License, Passport etc. along with the printout of your booking confirmation and the debit/credit card from which you have booked your ticket.

Q: How can I book a hotel room from Crystal Travel?
Ans: You can simply call us from 8 am to 10 pm on +44 (0) 208 477 7140 or can log on to to book your hotel room as per your requirement. If you find any problem in booking online, please call us on the given number above to solve your query.
Q: What are the payment modes you accept?
Ans: Crystal Travel gives the liberty to its customers to choose either of these payments methods to book a hotel room:

Q: Can I pay a small amount to hold my booking?
Ans: To give complete satisfaction and reduce any sort of confusion, we ask to pay the entire amount of hotel booking at the time of booking only. However, if the customer use any sort of value added services of the hotel, one must settle all the payments at the time of checking-out.
Q: I have seen the change of price from last time of visit till now? Why is it happening?
Ans: The change of prices is subject to the current availability and latest offers negotiated by Crystal Travel with that particular hotel. If you find any change in the hotel tariff it will be due to the current availability of room in that hotel or the special schemes availed by the customers on first come first serve basis.
Q: Who will charge from my debit/credit card?
Ans: We are the third party travel agent, we collect the money and pass it over to the suppliers.
Q: What are the documents I will be required to while Checking-in?
Ans: You will be required a copy of your booking confirmation along with the name under which you have booked your hotel room.
Q: Where can I find my hotel details and when?
Ans: All the required details are available at the confirmation e-mail. However, you can find all the basic details at our website’s page also like address, facilities and check-in/out timings.
Q: Is it possible to extend my stay in the hotel I booked from Crystal Travel?
Ans: Yes. It is possible to extend your stay at the hotel but it will not be possible to get the same tariff for you as the price what we show on the website are at the least and received after a heavy negotiation with the respective hotel.
Q: Does the price of hotel booking includes any meal charge?
Ans: Every detail related to value added service is already mentioned on the page of hotel on Crystal Travel’s website. If the meal charges are included in the booking fee, it will be visible on our website.
Q: Is the tariff of hotel is per person or per room?
Ans: The tariffs we provide on Crystal Travel are on twin sharing basis and are required two persons to book one room. However, you can book for a stag person as well by paying some certain extra amount to compensate the remaining half room to the hotel.

Payment Option :

Q: Is my money financially protected?
Ans: Yes, when a customer buys a flight inclusive holiday package or a Flight-Plus booking made by customers on the website are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (under ATOL number 3517). For further information visit the CAA website.
Q: What happens if my holiday balance payment is late?
Ans: A late payment fees may be applied to the booking should you fail to pay your holiday balance on time as per our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that we will endeavour to remind you by way of email in advance of this occurring. If your holiday remains unpaid, your holiday will be cancelled and cancellation fees applied.
Q: What are the acceptable forms of payment?
Ans: At we accept payment for tickets using a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, internet banking or you can also visit our office and pay by cash as well.
Q: What do your holiday prices include?
Ans: The majority of our holiday packages include: transportation, accommodation and transfers to/from resort. You should check carefully that the holiday you intend to book includes the items you want.

Cancellation & Refund :

Q: How can I request for cancellation of my flight booking?
Ans: If the ticket you have book is from low cost flights then you can directly contact to the airline for your cancellation along with the details received after booking your flight. And if you have booked in regular airlines, you can call us or mail to us for cancellation of your flight ticket prior to departure and when you call us please keep your booking reference with you to keep it quick and confusion free. Please note that there will be some admin charges of cancellation of your flight ticket from regular airline.
Q: What are the charges of a flight ticket cancellation?
Ans: Please note that some fares are non-refundable from the time they are booked but in some cases airlines will accept cancellation with a cancellation fee. If cancellation is allowed by the airline an additional admin fee would collected be Crystal Travel, this is in addition to any fees charged by your airline.
Q: How much time it take in refund process?
Ans: Most of the tickets are non-changeable/refundable but if there is some amount that can be refunded, it may take between 6-8 weeks after receiving your cancellation request and details in writing.
